KIMCHI TRIAL....<3 Its been a while now that I haven't write a thing in this blog...better started with kimchi... Huhuu...it's my first first time making kimchi, and it just for a little portion, maybe next time i'll be making more. Next time i'll making bibimbap, i miss it after went to Dubu dubu restorant in Mid Valley. I tried to make the easier way to make kimchi, and found that the ingredient are not that hard to find. 1. First of all, cut napa cabbages into pieces and soak it into salt water. I also add squid (soak into salt water). Soak for a hours until it sere or fray(about 4-5). 2. The vegetable can be optional either added carrot, green onion, radishes, or others that might suitable for kimchi making. Cut them into small pieces. 3. Get some garlic and ginger, mix it well until become a paste. 4. Get a chili powder (any product available), and add it with fish sauce. mix it well 5. After all the ingredient was prepared, then wash the cabbages and the squid thoughtfully and rinse it. Put all the ingredient in the container start with the cabbages, then the vege, the sos, squid....after that add some salt and sugar. Finally, press the kimchi well,and close it in a well close container, then put it in fridge. That's all.
